- Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven verbal / written communication skills
- Strong organization skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience using Microsoft Visio
- Experience with general relational database concepts
- Experience with Web-based user interface design
- Knowledge of public assistance program rules and objectives.
