- Provides standard legal communications and correspondence.
- Researches and resolves inquiries and/or complaints of internal clients, as well as external customers and their representatives; serves as first point of escalation for issues related to legal agreements.
- Participates in project teams for new products and services providing analysis of impact to legal agreements.
- Serves as liaison with assigned business areas regarding special projects /requests.
- Applies strong understanding of business best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identifies business processes requiring improvement and recommends alternative solutions to management.
- Produce periodic and/or ad hoc reports on area and unit progress, customer satisfaction, etc.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience including recent work with contract management, analysis, or administration.
- Experience working for a large organization (at least 1,000 employees)
- Prior work with contracts dealing with employee retirement (ERISA regulations) preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred Additional Information Through end of 2016; could extend (at least 11 months to start)
