• Lead a teaching team to plan, implement, and assess student learning and development.
• Build meaningful, communication-focused relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
• Ensure compliance with   NC-DCDEE   policies and guidelines (including sanitation and CACFP regulations).
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes literacy, learning, and engagement.
• Support an inclusive, child-centered atmosphere where every child can feel confident and secure to explore and grow.

Qualifications

We’re Looking For: 🎓   Preferred Education:

• NC Childcare Credentials 🧑‍🏫   Experience:   At least 6 months  of licensed childcare experience preferred. 💡   Skills:
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Knowledge of child development and behavior
