Job description
Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM Hourly Rate: $19.67 an hour + $2.00 shift differential Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will support manufacturing operations by delivering materials, packaging finished products, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and helping ensure a safe, clean, and efficient production environment. You will work a 40-hour work week with periodic scheduled overtime and support production needs through cross-training and sanitation activities. A Taste of
Your Responsibilities
- Use electric and manual pallet jacks to deliver materials to hoists.
- Load carts with ingredients for delivery to kettle operators.
- Maintain paper records in accordance with food safety and quality standards.
- Form cardboard boxes and pack finished bags in the correct quantity and orientation.
- Stack and arrange finished cases onto pallets.
- Operate tape machines, printers, and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
- Train in sanitation procedures and conduct periodic facility sanitation requirements.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED.
- Learn and apply the highest food safety standards to help produce quality food products.
- Work with a safety-first mindset to help keep yourself and others safe.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Physical
Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
