2nd Shift Fabricator/Laser Operator

Description Position at Stepp Manufacturing Fabricator/ Laser Operator Essential Job Function

• Laser cut parts as needed per job and print
• Self-Check all critical parts and sample check batch parts to ensure they are cut to print tolerances
• Deburr all small parts
• Perform work in a timely manner
• Keep area Clean and Organized
• Perform Daily maintenance on cutting table Non-Essential Job Functions
• Perform other Routine Maintenance
• Storing raw materials in picking locations as needed

Requirements

• Blueprint reading
• Tape measure reading
• Good communication skills
• Hard worker, self-motivated and stellar attendance
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
• Ability to identify, communicate, and implement basic process improvements Other Skills/Abilities
• Overhead crane use
• Forklift Use
