Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Contract Management. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT: As a Contracts Manager, you will be trusted to organize and lead a contracts team with responsibilities to support specific lines of business. In this role, you will be required to:
- Negotiate contracts, including price, terms and conditions, and reviews contractual documents for legal sufficiency prior to execution
- Ensure program compliance with relevant contractual terms and conditions and compliance with designated management objectives
- Provide guidance and work leadership to assigned contract professionals while completing supervisory responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues and provide resolution
- Review and prepare requests for proposals
- Interpret contractual work requirements and obligations
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices
- Participate in special projects, as required WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bring your contractual expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Contracts Manager must have:
- Education : Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of related contracts administration experience required.
- Experience: 5+ years of related contracts administration experience

• Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, applicable Agency Supplements, and CAS •
Preferred Skills
and Abilities:
- Professional certification (e.g., CPCM/CFCM)
- 8-10 years of related contracts management experience
- Experience with DoW Government contracting
- Previous leadership experience
- Location: This position requires working onsite in our GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. Must be comfortable working (5) days onsite with potential travel for customer meetings.

The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $140,013. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
