Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have: ·

• Experience in one or more of the following: venture capital offerings, public company matters           (including offerings, reporting and compliance), mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and partnerships/LLCs; ·
• Experience working in the business/corporate group of a large law firm; ·
