Requirements

Professional proficiency in English. - Native proficiency in Spanish. -

• Strong interpretation skills: the ability to accurately convey spoken language without omissions, additions, or distortions. - Cross-Cultural awareness:
• Understanding and respect of other cultures, customs and communication styles. - Flexibility to adapt to various subject matters, industries, and situations during interpretation. - A high school diploma or equivalent. - Training and certification in interpretation are a plus. -
• Knowledge in specific fields such as medical, education, and financial terminology are a plus. - Maintaining a professional workplace appearance. - Minimum passing grade on interpretation tests.
