Inside Sales Center Agent - Lexington, KY

Join our Renewal by Andersen of Lexington, KY Inside Sales Center Team! RbA is the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation -the most recognized window brand in North America. We are currently seeking four motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team.

Available Schedules Position 1 Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Position 2 Tuesday – Saturday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Both scheduled positions are full-time, 40 hours per week, with two days off each week. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated Excellent active listening and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Energetic, versatile, and highly motivated Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to leads and existing customers to schedule in-home design consultation appointments

• Follow provided scripts and processes to accurately set qualified appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details within internal databases
• Support
• Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and properly documented
