About the Role
Culmen International is looking for a Technical Writer to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Springs, MD. This is a talent pipeline requisition for future opportunities. Qualified candidates will be contacted when a position becomes available. What You’ll Do in Your New Role The Technical Writer develops clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation supporting PHCoE clinical, research, and operational activities. The position translates complex scientific and technical information into practical tools and guidance for clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Develop clinical support tools and operational documentation.
- Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
- Support development of implementation plans and user guides.
- Translate scientific findings into actionable products.
- Ensure compliance with DoD formatting and publication requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Health Communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting healthcare, public health, or government programs.
- Strong editing and document management skills.
- Public Trust; contract requires US Citizenship.
