Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and code new features and enhancements to our Intranet/Extranet environment
• Design, develop and implement secure and scalable critical business solutions leveraging primarily Java/J2EE. Proactively analyze situations and champion innovative solutions for the selection of new or improved methodologies, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving objectives
• Provide technical decisions to improve code quality, product security and performance Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical colleagues
• Develop and/or update program documentation

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE programming experience

• Experience with MVC design pattern and application integration methods
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate is required
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2 database development
• Strong HTML and CSS skills (hand coding) including HTML5
• Deep understanding of best practices in building for heterogeneous environments Experienced in JavaScript (including jQuery)
