• Well-established small animal hospital with a loyal, long-term clientele
• Cozy, family-oriented practice with a strong sense of teamwork
• Average of 12–16 patients per day with 30-minute appointments
• Two-doctor practice with a 1:2 doctor-to-technician/assistant ratio
• Modern, well-equipped facility including:
• 2–3 exam rooms
• Fully equipped treatment area
• Digital radiography (standard & dental)
• Ultrasound
• Dedicated surgical and dental suite
• Paper-light practice using Cornerstone software Schedule Designed for Balance
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
• No weekends
• Two consecutive days off

• Base salary: $140,000–$200,000 , depending on experience, schedule, and skill set
• Quarterly production bonus w/ no negative accrual
