Job Description We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and people-focused HR & People Operations Officer to join our team in the Facility Management and Real Estate industry. The successful candidate will support the effective delivery of end-to-end human resources and people operations activities, including employee lifecycle management, HR administration, recruitment support, employee engagement, performance management, HR reporting, and workforce data analysis.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with HR data and technology, possess strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate must also have practical experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other digital HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR and people operations activities across the organisation.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, employee movements, and exit processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Provide HR data and reports to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Analyse employee and workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable management insights.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and periodic management reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection processes, and onboarding.
  • Support the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare activities, and organisational culture programmes.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Coordinate HR documentation and ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and regulations.
  • Work closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee information and timely resolution of payroll-related HR data issues.
  • Provide support in the administration and effective utilisation of the organisation's HRIS platforms.
  • Generate and analyse HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, workforce demographics, and other key people-related indicators.
  • Support training and development activities, including training needs identification, scheduling, attendance tracking, and evaluation.
  • Respond professionally to employee enquiries and support the resolution of employee relations matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR budgets, workforce reports, and other people-related analyses as required.
  • Ensure all HR processes and employee information are handled with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience working in a Facility Management, Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, or related service-based environment will be an added advantage.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is required, such as CIPM or a relevant certification from HRCI.
  • Sound knowledge of HR data analysis, reporting, and workforce metrics.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use functions and tools for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms or other comparable HR technology platforms.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate findings into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Key Competencies
