The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to clients and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
This position is essential to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the best solution
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all correspondence
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
