• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• No on-call rotation*
• Properties located throughout the Twin Cities
• Office based in Golden Valley, MN

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$27 per hour , based on experience

• Company-paid cell phone and uniforms What You’ll Be Doing You’ll bring your experience to a wide range of building maintenance work, including:
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Plumbing maintenance and repair
• HVAC inspection and servicing
• Painting, drywall, and carpentry
• Preventive maintenance and long-term solutions
• Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients trust What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of building maintenance experience
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• CPO certification preferred
• Special Boiler’s License preferred About BMM Building Maintenance Management is a   locally owned, family-run business   serving the Twin Cities since 1987.
