Department : Topsham Family Medicine Schedule : Full Time, Days Facility : Central Maine Medical Center Location : 4 Horton Pl # 101, Topsham, ME 04086 Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. CMH's hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services.

Conveys a positive image of organization.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for new hires effective April 2014. 2.

Graduate from an accredited school of medical assistance. 3. Medical Assistant Certification, preferred.

4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 5.

Minimum one year work experience in public contact job. 6. Work experience in health care preferred. #LI-TA1 Pay Transparency Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $22.00 to $26.84 per hour.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
