What You Will Do

  • Providing outstanding customer service to residents and team members
  • Completing apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
  • Responding to and completing service requests efficiently and professionally
  • Performing preventative maintenance and supporting community upkeep
  • Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections
  • Supporting vendors and ensuring quality standards are maintained
  • Participating in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience , preferably in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, or a related environment
  • Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades , such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general building maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities , with a commitment to quality and safety
  • Flexibility to support community needs , including evenings, weekends, rotating on-call responsibilities, and seasonal business demands
  • Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts
  • The ability to safely perform physical work , including moving equipment, tools, and materials as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional Information
