Job Summary

This position is Graduate Assistantship for the 2026-2027 academic year. The position is an opportunity for an individual to further their academic endeavors within the Franklin Pierce University Graduate Programs while also gaining an extensive amount of experience in coaching in a NCAA Division II Athletic Program. Responsibilities

The Graduate Assistant will support the program through a blend of administrative and coaching responsibilities, including managing gear and equipment orders, coordinating team travel (hotels, meals, and itineraries), and assisting with overall program organization. The role also involves contributing to recruiting efforts through prospect identifications, communication, and event support during the summer and fall, as well as breaking down scout film on Hudl to aid in opponent analysis and game preparation. On the field, the assistant will help lead defensive drills, support skill development and positional training, and provide individual player feedback.

prior collegiate lacrosse experience.
