  • Provide direct care and supervision in a supportive, therapeutic environment while documenting and reporting behaviors, occurrences, and conditions.
  • Support and assist with client personal care, daily living skills, and self-help skills
  • Track and implement behavioral programs Supervise recreational activities & outings including transporting clients in agency vehicles. We are looking to hire Full, Part-time, and on-call positions with plenty of opportunities for advancement. Must be available for overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma Minimum 1 year of experience working with developmentally disabled adults. DSP 1 and DSP 2 required Valid CA driver's license with good driving record and the ability to be insured by the agency insurer Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills needed. Ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with clients and families Must be a team player and flexible with hours and scheduling.
