Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Mears, Michigan Company: SenseSational Learning Group Job Type: Part-Time (approx 10-12 hours/week) | Evenings Location: In-Person - Mears, MI Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience) Who We Are: We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques -
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools) -
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team - Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors -
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements

Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time - 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date) - Previous experience working with children - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
