Requirements

(SOR) to quote and develop a new tester as required. · Responsible to execute validation testing and maintain the test equipment and ensure that the equipment calibration is current. ·

  • Develop a new testing procedure to resolve a new failure and/or chronic issue for continuous Improvement. ·
  • Implement the test plan and develop, find and quote equipment for the internal and test lab. ·
  • Execute the buildup and implementation of test stands and associated hardware and software required for the validation. ·
  • Create test procedures and work instructions for lab technician to perform testing. · Record, analyze and document the test results in a formal document and prepare final test reports. ·
  • Create test setups and fixtures design to properly operate, monitor, and orient the product while under test. ·
  • Interact with external test facilities for the execution of validation testing if required. · Complete validation report with analyzing failures and identify countermeasures. ·
