We're making a splash in the car wash industry and looking for a Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team. A typical day in the life: As our Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager, you'll help lead our operations to success. You’ll work with an energetic team to ensure our customers have exceptional experiences.

• Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from task management to membership sales and cleanliness.
• Maintenance Maverick : Keep our equipment running with timely maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Team Leader : Foster a positive team environment, training members to excel in sales and operations.
• Customer Service : Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high ratings.
• Sales Dynamo : Drive membership and wash sales through excellent customer interactions and sales strategies.
• Financial Navigator : Monitor revenue, expenses, and profit margins, providing insights for improvement.
• Tech Guru : Utilize and train your team on POS systems and software for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in car wash or retail operations.
• Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or car wash equipment are a plus.
• Proficient with POS systems, computers, and various software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in various weather conditions.
• Sales experience to drive membership growth. Bonus Skills :
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Effective communication with employees, customers, and management.
