Position
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations while owning full-cycle recruiting across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can operate as both a strategic HR partner and a hands-on recruiter, managing the full desk from intake through offer while supporting core HR functions. #GHJSS #LI-LM1
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various functions and levels
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS updates
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of combined HR and recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while balancing HR responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
