Responsibilities

Compensation

Administration • Support

Compensation

Analysts with annual compensation review activities and compensation planning processes.

  • Gather market data and prepare materials used to evaluate employee compensation.
  • Assist with audits and data validation within the Company's compensation systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Compensation

Operations

  • Maintain compensation-related files, reports, salary structures, and documentation.
  • Create and maintain positions within HR and compensation systems.
  • Support ongoing compensation processes, including increase hold reviews and approved increase uploads. Customer & Team Support
  • Assist in managing the compensation inbox and responding to routine compensation inquiries.
  • Provide timely, professional support to leaders and Human Resources partners.
  • Escalate complex compensation matters to

Compensation

Analysts as appropriate. Learning & Career Development • Partner with and learn from

Compensation

Analysts through participation in compensation projects and reviews.

  • Develop knowledge of compensation administration, market pricing, salary structures, and internal equity concepts.
  • Build the skills and experience necessary for progression into a

Analyst role.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Previous internship, HR, compensation, analytics, or related experience preferred.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes, systems, and compensation principles. Additional Data
