Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that reflect our clients’ vision and uphold our brand’s commitment to quality and creativity. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee event logistics from concept to completion.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, materials, and on-site branding efforts.
  • Manage event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluations.
  • Ensure all events align with brand standards and client expectations.
