In this role, you’ll answer inquiries, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
- Greet client and visitors with a professional, friendly approach, ensuring a positive first impression
- Coordinating the Aging Services Transportation Program including processing applications, documenting requests for drives, coordinating volunteer and staff schedules, facilitating communication between drivers and riders, and orienting and training volunteers
- Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and maintain clear, professional communication at all times
- Manage front desk operations, office supplies, and support staff with a variety of administrative tasks
- Prepare, file, and maintain accurate patient and office records to ensure smooth daily workflows
- Be a vital part of a client-focused, collaborative team while growing your administrative and healthcare skills
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent. Experience:
- One year of experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative role. License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid driver's license when operating any vehicle for work-related purposes.
