We are seeking multi-disciplined Industrial Security Specialist to join the F-35 JPO program in Arlington, VA. This is a proposal effort with award expected late-2026.

The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) supports development, acquisition, fielding, modernization, and sustainment of the F-35 joint strike fighter. The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full spectrum multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information across its enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.
The role of the Security Specialist-Industrial is to support and provide SME-level guidance related to protection of classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), ITAR, and proprietary information developed by or entrusted to U.S. industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) . You will manage security requirements and other security documentation (such as DD Forms 254s) in support of the JPO classified contracts are appropriately identified and implemented in accordance with organizational requirements ; CPI, MCC, and MCF are protected at industry locations Required
Qualifications
- M aster’s degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 14 YOE within the Industrial Security arena
- Specialized experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.
- Industrial Security Oversight Certification (CDSE) within one year of hire

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
