Position

Summary

As the   Senior Manager ,   Digital Product (AI)   you   will   own   key   products with in   CVS Health App’s open platform benefits experience.   This team   operates   as a startup in an enterprise model   and is   leading   one of   the company’s   top digital initiative s — a consumer engagement platform   that spans   CVS   Health, Caremark,   Aetna   and   external   partners . In t his role , you will   lead   the development and launch of   major   client integrations   across functionality including   core health plan information and benefits functionality . You will   serve as both   the product lead   and subject matter expert , driving the   creation, rollout, and evolution of digital experiences that improve member engagement and deliver value across stakeholders .   You will collaborate closely   with product, engineering,   design   and   partner   organization s   while expertly navigating complex   internal ecosystems . In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the development of the product   vision,   strategy   and roadmaps   for the CVS Health App’s open platform benefits experience .
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement .
  • Translate   customer   problems   into actionable deliverables includin g features   and detailed requirements ,   and manage through backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing   (UAT) .
  • Ensure digital products deliver intuitive, seamless, and   best in class   user experiences through user-centric design principles .
  • Keep a close pulse on the voice of the customer   while   translat ing   qualitative and quantitative analysis into   sound digital solutions.
  • Build and   maintain   relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, patients, internal teams, and leaders to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
  • As part of   continuous   planning   model, f oster a culture of continuous discovery, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Regularly report on OKRs, roadmaps, and progress toward year-end goals , providing   product and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership   at   the VP and Executive   levels .
  • Identify   efficiencies to accelerate time-to-value for customers in agile ceremonies and overall product delivery .
  • Support the design and delivery of AI-powered assistant features, including conversational chat and proactive recommendations
  • Help identify opportunities to use AI to simplify and improve the customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • 7 + years of product   management   / product owner work experience.
  • A proven   track record   of 7+ years in defining and executing product roadmaps and strategies for large-scale consumers or B2B digital products,   showcasing   the ability to align product vision with business goals.
  • Over 7 years of experience in leading and collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, ensuring product viability and value.
  • Strong analytical skills with 7+ years of experience in   leveraging   data and customer insights to drive prioritization, measure outcomes, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in an agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead decentralized teams.
  • 5+ years of experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Tableau, and Agile methodologies
  • 3+ years of   experience with   collaborating and presenting in an executive environment.
  • 2+ years of direct experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading PBM and / or   Healthcare digital products.
  • Senior   level business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve complex   problems,   cross-functional   dependencies   and   adhere to   regulatory requirements .
  • Deep curiosity – proactively   identifying   issues through   customer   research and   metrics   monitoring.
  • MBA or advanced degree . Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
