This position is with my direct client Assess patients' physical therapy needs, establishes treatment programs and goals. Assures that physical therapy interventions are provided in a safe, effective and caring manner.
Completes patient documentation records as required by standards and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Must be able to provide safe, compassionate and competent physical therapy treatments. Must be able to communicate with patients, family and co-workers in a friendly, supportive manner. Must have successfully completed clinical experiences as required by schools.
Licensure and Certifications: BLS certification required. Must have or be eligible for Physical Therapy Licensure in US. Bachelor's, Master's degree, DPT, or Certificate of Proficiency in Physical Therapy required.
