Job description
Inventory Control: Gather and analyze data concerning the reconciliation of physical inventory, cycle counts, and shipping errors. Conduct physical inventories Conduct daily cycle counts
- Investigate customer claims of overages/shortages
- Review stock availability Prioritize projects based on dates needed by Update status reports
- Manage schedules
- Monitor emails/communicate with customers Print labels
- Work closely with Customer Service Run weekly/monthly hold damage reports and reconcile.
- Coordinate and control all hold product notifications, recalls, and mock recalls with Customer Service Manager.
