Senior Corporate Counsel, Litigation , Enterprise Risk

Amazon's legal department is looking for a smart, experienced, creative, and highly motivated litigator to help manage Amazon's worldwide portfolio of commercial and consumer litigation — including stockholder disputes, class action matters, and large multi-billion dollar cases. You'll advise attorneys and business leaders on litigation risks and develop strategies for the most complex matters in our portfolio. Key job responsibilities -

• Implement litigation strategy - Select, manage, and improve the performance of outside counsel -
• Advise leadership on a wide range of novel legal and business risks and opportunities -
• Work with witnesses and data repositories to prepare for depositions and trial -
• Coordinate with public policy and public relations teams on matters relating to litigation -
• Design and implement innovative processes that enable small teams to make high-velocity decisions at scale -
