UX Designer

Be it core Java, full-stack Java, Web/UI designers, Big Data or Cloud or Mobility developers/architects, we have them all. Job Description Minimum 5+ years professionally designing experiences and interfaces for web, mobile, and touch screen applications.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and experience applying them to real-world applications and experiences. A strong understanding of current web practices to create an efficient & seamless user-experience and customer journeys. Well-versed in fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles. Mastery of wireframe and clickable prototyping tools such as Sketch, Keynote, etc.
• Working knowledge of Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator and Edge Animate. Full understanding of best design practices for production delivery across platforms, ie desktop and mobile.
• Experience with animation is an asset.
• Understanding of rapid prototyping in Flash and HTML5.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Has a keen eye and passion for beautiful, usable design.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail oriented, organized and thorough.
• Work well under pressure, adapt to change, and willing to take initiative. Desire to lead projects from requirements through development.
• Understanding of front end tools (HTML, CSS) is an asset. Examples of UX and Interface
• Design via a portfolio is required for qualification.
