Job Description A top rated law firm is seeking an experienced patent litigation associates for their New York office as they continue to grow their high tech and medical device focused practice. 50 attorneys of the firm are ranked in 2014 edition, and the firm’s presence in the highly-regarded national attorney directory has more than doubled in the last five years.

Responsibilities

Preparation and trial of significant patent matters; work with experts; conduct depositions; technical analysis of products and patents.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 2 to 4 years of IP Litigation experience and candidates must have a strong educational background, including a JD from a top-tier law school. B.S. in electrical engineering or an equivalent discipline (e.g., computer) from a top-tier engineering school preferred but not required. ITC experience strongly preferred.

Candidates must be detail oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Admission to the District of Columbia bar (or ability to sit for it) is required. USPTO admission is preferred but not required.
