- Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career development What you will do: The Program Liaison f unctions as a liaison between 100 + providers along with their management team to support the Hospitalist Department. Essential Functions Assign s providers to patients in EPIC . C omplete s data entry . M aintain s provider files . A nswer s phones and emails . Set s up meetin gs, including catering , as applicable . Record s and transcribe s meeting minutes .
- Collaborate s with Managers and Director ensuring seamless communication .
- Perform s other duties as assigned . What you will need: High School Diploma or equivalency . 3-5 years of office experience at the administrative level .
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills . Function independently with ability to make and carryout decisions . Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Access/ Kronos) .
- Excellent written and verbal skills .
- Ability to record and transcribe minutes . Data Entry experience . Pay Range: $19.20-$25.58 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
