Requirements

Focus on your work without the stress of being on call. What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
  • Supervise and support LPNs and Home Health Aides
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Promote patient satisfaction and positive health outcomes What You Bring
  • Current RN license (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience ( required in California )
  • Home healthcare experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong computer skills and a commitment to ethical, mission-driven care Position Highlights &

Requirements

  • Frequently lift, stand, and walk (35% of time)
  • Occasionally bend, stoop, twist, and assist with patient positioning (10%)
  • Independently lift up to 35 lbs
  • Perform detailed tasks with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
