Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and patient service teams
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on quality care
- Act as a key liaison between patients, providers, and leadership
- Ensure a seamless, coordinated care experience for every patient
- Address concerns, support service recovery, and drive patient satisfaction
- Lead emergency preparedness and response to maintain a safe environment
- Elevate the Patient Experience and track key performance metrics to maximize clinic efficiency
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business or Health Care Management Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, LPN, or CMA (required)
- 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, including planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising staff (preferred)
