Certified Nurse Midwife – Women First OBGYN Center | Royal Oak, MI Women First OBGYN Center is a well-established, all-women private practice with a reputation for compassionate, personalized women’s healthcare in Royal Oak, Michigan. Following a recent team transition, we’re seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dedicated team and support continued growth and excellence in patient care. Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope midwifery care including gynecologic, contraceptive, prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and primary healthcare services.
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.
  • Manage deliveries, admissions, and inpatient rounding within scope of practice.

  • All-Women, Collaborative Team: Join an experienced group of 11 physicians and a multidisciplinary team of CNMs, PAs, and NPs providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

  • Balanced Schedule: Full-time, 3-days per week, 1 (24 hour) weekday call with rotational Sat/Sun weekend call ( 1:5 ) and post-call days off — promoting wellness and flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with current Michigan RN and APRN licensure .
  • AMCB certification and active DEA/Controlled Substance License .
  • Prior experience in obstetrics or women’s health preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship support.
