Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into databases and computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency. Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic. Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Generate and prepare reports based on data analysis.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Experience with online data entry and typing jobs is preferred.
- Familiarity with data management systems and software.
- Working Hours: Part-time position with flexible working hours. Expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.
- Ability to set your own schedule within agreed-upon deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
