Job Summary
· Windows 7, MS Office suite, hand on hardware support, wifi support, VPN support. · Mobile device support/ MDM application and remote service delivery · Remote Deskside Support skills with a heavy concentration in O365/OWA · Majority with Windows environment. · Imaging, hardware break/fix, software installation, email support, printer support, etc.
