Production Team Member

Assembly Team Member 1st and 2nd Shifts Pay $17.10 /hr. ($2/hr. shift differential) Full time, Benefits, Weekly Pay Position

Summary

We are seeking dedicated Assembly Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks in your assigned work area safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner while adhering to our company’s core values and guidelines. Hours: 1st Shift: 6:30am - 6:00pm 2nd Shift: 6:30pm - 6:00am Essential Functions:

• Follow policies and procedures.
• Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
• Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.
• Understand and apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in assembly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus. Education:
