  • Competitive pay of $26-$28 per hour, based on experience
  • Full-time schedule with three-day weekends every week

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role in the success of the practice by:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the office
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the front office team
  • Communicating effectively with doctors, staff, and patients
  • Ensuring smooth office systems and workflows
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving patient concerns professionally
  • Promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
  • Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, confident, and compassionate demeanor
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations with patients and team members
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Highly preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Dentrix practice management software
  • Knowledge of dental office operations
