Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve client and internal business objectives
- Oversee campaign execution across multiple channels including traditional media, direct marketing, and events
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide campaign decisions
- Coordinate with creative teams to deliver impactful content and messaging
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
- Manage and mentor junior marketing staff to align with company standards and goals
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure cohesive brand delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing leadership or executive role
- Proven ability to plan and manage marketing strategies that drive measurable results

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
