UNIT CLERK

Location: Samaritan Medical Center Department: 01.6711 SMC EMERGENCY HOSPITAL Pay Range: $16.45 - $25.50 Care for our community, and your career.

• Secretarial/clerical courses preferred.
• Accurate spelling required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Keyboarding and computer skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with all age groups.
• Must be able to keep calm under stress.
• High school level of knowledge necessary to read physicians' orders and transcribe them correctly.
