  • Test Engineer Required Skills &
  • Experience:
  • BS degree in a technical field - preferably in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering with concentration in network engineering 2-5 years minimum hands-on experience in-home network technologies Prefer experience with Quality of Service (QoS) and multicast video delivery 2-5 years experience with the TCP/IP protocol suite and technologies (IP, IPv6, QoS, IGMP, TCP, UDP, ARP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, LAN and WAN, Routers, Switches, Throughput and Latency, etc.) 2-5 years hands-on experience configuring and testing, diagnosing, troubleshooting in-home router features and services 2-5 years executing tests and preparing test plans and test reports 2-5 years experience with Linux and Windows systems and software deployment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills Desired Skills &
  • Experience:
  • MS degree in a technical field - preferably in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering with concentration in network engineering 2-5 years experience with software architecture and programming concepts (scripting and automation) In-depth knowledge and experience with IPv6, QoS, IGMP technologies
  • Experience with Multimedia over Coax (MoCA)

Qualifications
