  • Greeting customers and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Registering individuals in programs, processing payments and completing cash handling procedures.
  • Being knowledgeable about rentals, programs, and memberships while answering questions and promoting facility offerings.
  • Completes light maintenance duties to include cleaning restrooms, taking out the trash, sanitizing, vacuum and mopping floors, and laundry.
  • Answering phone calls proficiently and professionally.
  • Ensuring a neat and clean appearance of the lobby and front desk area.
  • Opening and/or closing facility, as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Hours: Approx. 6 - 12+ hours per week, not to exceed 1,000 per year. Year-round position. Eligible for paid time off. Earn complimentary seasonal pass(es). Job

Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years old.
  • High School Graduate.
  • Experience in cash handling or ability to demonstrate related skill set.
  • Ability to maintain professional work-related practices - safety, alertness, dependability, responsibility, initiative, good judgment, cleanliness, and ability to work with all ages.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Criminal background check required. JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.
