Job Description Title: Business Operations Specialist Location: New York, NY Duration: 6-12 Months (Contract to Hire) Required:

• Experience in application reporting tools, such as Tableau
• Have knowledge of salesforce or any other CRM tool, has ability to learn the tool
• Understanding of business analysis background
• Taking the information coming into case
• Organized analytical and self-starter.
• Someone from data analytics background.
• Understanding data from dashboard
• NO PMP, but project management background is useful
