Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and successful delivery of technical solutions for complex problems using Artificial Intelligence, Java, React, AWS, SQL and Pega.
• Work on new software, systems, infrastructure, hardware, networking or automation improvements, or a refactoring of existing solutions.
• Deliver technology solutions which improve engineering and operational processes.
• Own systems, proactively identify and mitigate extant risks and deficiencies.
• Improve consistency and integration between the services.
• Improve the architecture, not just components or services, and make informed tradeoffs between tactical and strategic concerns at team or service level.
• Lead reviews of architecture, design, operations, process, or post-incident analyses.
• Participate in system reviews.
• Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business objectives and define technical direction. Hire, guide, lead, and develop a team of engineers. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $166,300/year to $225,000/year. Amazon is a total compensation company.
