Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sandy, Utah Company: Wildflower Grove ABA - a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-Time (Approx 25 hours/week) Location: In-person – Sandy, Utah Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday through Friday; 2:00pm - 6:00pm (subject to change based on family availability)

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Collect and record accurate session data -
  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement -
  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families -
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

Current RBT Certification (required) - Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days) - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required) - Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) - Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) - A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial) - Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active play
