Compensation
Starting at $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Your Impact As a Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence and operational efficiency:
- Lead and mentor interdisciplinary clinical teams including RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
- Optimize workflows and staffing to maintain seamless clinic operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and organizational policies
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Step into patient care as needed, including triage, procedures, and urgent situations
- Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped clinical environment Division Opportunities
- Urogynecology: Enhance patient care delivery and provider satisfaction across multiple clinic locations
- MIGS: Lead multi-site surgical specialty operations, shaping clinical policies and advancing procedural care
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
