• Job location - Reston, VA
• Duration – 12 months with a potential extension of 12 months (based on performance and customer needs).
• Might be required to work during off hours for maintenance (11 pm to 6 am Eastern)
• HCL buy rate for resource – strictly not more than $55/hour (all inclusive)

Requirements

It is primarily a Network Management professional services job. Services include Commissioning and installation of new NetAct systems, Performance Monitoring, Configuration Management, Fault Management, software upgrades for NetAct, EdenNet/iSON, products and hardware support for NetAct, and EdenNet/iSON products for Mini-Macro systems. o

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering o At least 3 years of work experience in Telecoms industry o Good knowledge/understanding of operation and maintenance center concepts o Conversant with performance measurements and the analysis thereof o
• Knowledge of NetAct system-specific architecture o
• Experience working with NetAct platform o
• Knowledge of iSON system-specific architecture o
• Knowledge of EdenNet system-specific architecture o Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS (Red hat Linux certified preferable) o Intermediate knowledge of ORACLE and Cisco IOS o NetAct Admin certification for Netact-8 preferable Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
